Design
All products sold under the Harnessed Performance brand are completely designed, manufactured, and assembled in the USA. The majority of all production is done in house, with CAD work outsourced to local Engineering Services.
Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We currently limit shipping to the United States, some US territories, Australia and Canada. If you are outside of these territories, please Contact Us to manually process your order. Please note that with harness and repair work being a built to order status, it may take several weeks from time of purchase to arrival.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Sponsorship
Unfortunately, we do not offer any sponsorship opportunities at this time. We do plan to offer sponsorship for builds meeting certain criteria in the future. Check back with us at a later date.
Future Products
We will be adding to our product line for MazdaSpeed 3 and MazdaSpeed 6 as we continue to grow our services and supplies for the customers. Soon we will have OEM replacement Connector services, Tucked Harness services, and repair/reloom options available on the website.
Frequently asked Questions:
1. Are the Speed3/6 harnesses built new?
A. Yes, we source all new connectors for the build. No more donor harnesses or connectors need to be sent in.
2. Do I have to supply a donor connector, I don't have a spare and this is my daily?
A. In the past, the 12 way coil harness connector was unavailable. We now have supplier and inventory of said connector, so donor connectors are no longer required.
3. What is a LazyBoi setup?
A. This is a service by myself or MazdaSpeed WireTuck as we occasionally work together to modify a Split Second Additional Injector Controller for Plug and Play ease by terminating all the wires on the flying lead to integrate with the coil harness.
4. Do I have to order a Direct Injection harness (DI)?
A. No, but it looks good and removes a headache. I offer this because the stock injector harness has a two foot extension that goes over the intake manifold that is loomed with the stock coil harness. You can continue to use this extension, but it would require you to un-loom it from stock harness and re-loom it since the coil harness is going away.
5. What is the current wait time?
A. Wait time is depending on order volume, please expect 2 week wait for harness orders during average order volume.
6. What other services do you provide?
A. At this time custom work is on hold until staffing can be increased. Once we are staffed appropriately I will offer repair and re-loom for old heat degraded harnesses, harness testing services for troubleshooting, drop off full engine bay harness tucks, and standalone wiring options for the Mazda Protege.
7. Can I drop my car off with you to do a wiretuck?
A. Not yet.
8. How do you accept payments?
A. All transactions should be processed via the website which accepts stripe, paypal, paypal credit.
9. We talked briefly but I have not heard back. What should I do?
A. Message me, my inbox can get flooded sometimes and I dont have additional help yet for social media management, messages, and order processing.
